The dress is a unique take on the classic halter style! The fabric is a 100% silk in navy blue with dark pink and white polka dots throughout. The top of the dress is a halter style with a tie at the back of the neck. At the bust, the fabric is ruched or gathered and the bottom of the dress has an A-line/pencil cut skirt. The dress is lined and back zip closure. The dress is very figure flattering and has a retro look that could be dressed up or down.

It was made by Betsy Johnson and is basically brand new- I wore it once to an event! It cost ~ $600 when I purchased it and has been sitting in my closet after coming back from the dry cleaner. It is great quality and will always be in style! Don't miss out!
